Returns
We are very happy to make an exchange or credit your account if you are not
completely satisfied. The item must be returned in the original box, and new and
unworn. It must be returned within 21 days of purchase and returned in a padded
envelope for protection. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing
items, so we suggest it is sent insured mail both ways. If you are wanting to
return something, please notify us, so we are aware of it coming.
If anything is broken upon receipt, please notify us, so that a claim can be
made. If anything is broken due to normal wear and tear, please let us know and
we will try to repair it for you, we'll even pay postage both ways. Normal wear
and tear is determined by us. Dropping on a concrete floor is not considered
normal wear and tear.
NOTE: Twisted Sister Arts is dedicated solely to the production of jewelry, wire arts,
two and three dimensional works. There is no connection to any other like or
similarly named artistic or musical group or business.
